Sleeping Through Thunderstorms, a POSITIVE Solution to Sleep, Pain and Well-beingWhat do Thunderstorms have to do with improved wellness and how CAN we sleep through them? Well we all understand magnetic function of the earth and I guess most of us have used a compass before to see it in action. The earth contains electrons, constantly being charged by thunderstorms, these electrons provide enormous benefits for people when they become 'earthed'. Modern lifestyles have broken that 'connection' with earth through clothing that we wear and just walking barefoot can significantly improve well-being alone. However our modern lifestyles do not lend themselves to strutting around with nothing on our feet, so we need some help to become 'connected'. Sleeping 'earthed' or 'connected' can significantly improve the way your body functions by being 'connected' for long and consistent periods of time. With average sleep of 6-8 hours, every day ( for most people ) , this gives the body maximum exposure to what the earth has to offer, 'connected' experience that has already helped so many people around world to improve their quality of life through greatly improved sleep, pain reduction, recovery from illness and physical activity / exertion both at the gym and through competitive sport. I am merely a layman though, but I do sleep 'earthed' so feel qualified to give my opinion of my own fantastic experiences, which have been many. Being a diabetic I was suffering with restless leg syndrome and neuropathy ( nerve damage through high sugar levels ) . While latter can't be reversed, I have been told that there has been no further damage over the last six months, while I have been using the bed mat and my restless leg syndrome has gone! My wife also suffers with chronic back pain, and while using the bed mat she has seen a significant improvement in her condition, particularly in the mornings when she found it difficult even to get out of bed sometimes. This is so significant to both of us that I felt compelled to let others know what Thunderstorms and sleeping connected can really do for you. My best wishes for your continued, and ultimately improved, well-being. Steve The right way for being beauty |

Pungas Tri Baruno Dies On Denali, Second Death In One Week On America's Highest Peak. Pungas Tri Baruno, a climber from Indonesia, has died while descending from the summit of Denali. Pungas Tri Baruno's death is the second death this week on North America's highest peak. Pungas Tri Baruno had apparently topped out on Denali and was in the process of descending to one of the higher camps. He had complained of a headache while descending and collapsed less than half a kilometer from the summit. Several guides did attempt to revive Baruno, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Baruno's death on Denali represents the second climber death this week. This past Friday, climber James Nasti collapsed on the summit. Nasti's death resulted in a high-altitude burial as a body recovery was deemed to risky in the area. Baruno's body is currently being recovered, will undergo some scientific testing, then be shipped back to his native homeland of Indonesia. Many people have been stopping by and emailing me on this latest incident-the second death on Denali in a week. I was holding off on posting about Baruno until I was certain that his family had been contacted in regards to this situation. When it first occured, there was not a whole lot of information coming out. I do have a few more facts about Pungas Tri Baruno at this time, as well as more information on the death of James Nasti.
